-Dr was friendly. -More time needs to be given. Went in for minor surgery in a 20 min apt - not adequate time for anesthetic to completely numb area. Also had the same problem on the toe the other side but Dr refused to treat both sides so have to book another apt which is very inconvenient.

I saw Nicki. Appointment on time. Friendly, helpful and smiling nurse. Good responses to concerns.

I was called for a blood test but neither the phlebotimist or myself new why.The young lady was helpful and also apologetic and finally solved the issue. As a new patient I was a little put out by lack of coordination between various parts of the organisation.

Good surgery until recently. Telephoning is very time comsuming now. Not answering . Staff is polite and helpful. Docter appointments may be restricted
